๐Ÿ’ 1. Job Description:

  • Coordinate with each region to develop detailed promotional plans for distributors according to each season and target topic.

  • Develop promotional plans based on disease outbreaks or sales requirements of the region, dealers, etc.

  • Develop annual plans based on sales targets and product development as required by the Marketing department.

  • Discuss and agree with the Sales team on promotional activities for each topic and product over time. - Responsible for contacting and organizing promotional programs according to the plan and requirements of the Marketing department.

  • Thorough understanding of crops, seasons, and competitor products.

  • Preparing lectures for farmer workshops, radio and broadcast program content suitable for the seasonal conditions, crops, and diseases specific to each locality.

  • Hanging, posting, and distributing advertising publications to dealers and farmers.

  • Implementing demonstration models, giving away sample pesticides, etc.

  • Managing supplies and equipment for promotion.

  • Recruitment in the following areas: Dong Nai, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Tay Ninh, Cu Chi, Tien Giang, Long An, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Ca Mau, An Giang, Kien Giang

๐Ÿ’ 2. Job Requirements:

  • Age: 25-35

  • Education: University degree. Plant Protection or Agronomy majors preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, and 3 years for a Team Leader position.

  • Thorough understanding of agriculture and plant protection products is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Active and quick-witted in the market.

  • Ability to work under pressure and always be creative.

  • Basic conversational English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
