  2. Job Description:

  • Planning strategies, plans, solutions, and organizing the implementation of the Company's marketing activities;

  • Developing and organizing market research programs and proposing solutions to capture market share;

  • Developing tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities;

  • Advising the Board of Directors on communication, brand identity, and brand development;

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, media agencies, and relevant service providers to support the Company's marketing and communication activities;

  • Collaborating with the Product Director to develop policies and packaging for each region;

  • Training and developing employees within the scope of responsibility.

  1. Job Requirements:

a. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing field.

b. Skills:

  • Proficient in legal regulations related to Marketing and Communication activities; experience in the agricultural and plant protection product industries is preferred.

c. Other requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing, especially in brand building and development;

  • Creativity, logical thinking, vision, and strong planning ability;

  • Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills;

  • Analytical, synthesis, report writing, and logical reasoning skills;

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to achieve good results;

  • Computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

  • Highly proactive, careful, and accurate in work;

  • Honest, responsible, and enthusiastic;

  • Dynamic and creative in work;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team;

  • Ability to work under high pressure;

  • Frequency to travel to other provinces for business trips.
